Our classes here at Body Zone are unique in one special way - they are small and intimate.  We believe all students should receive individual attention during their practice.  This helps students to deeply discover the benefits of yoga for their mind, body and spirit.  When it comes to yoga, different people have different needs that's why we offer a wide range of classes and teachers from different training backgrounds. 

~Massage~

Nothing is more relaxing than a good massage. Massage produces therapeutic effects on the nervous, muscular, and respiratory systems, while enhancing blood and lymph circulation. Receiving a massage feels great and aids the process of maintaining a healthy body.

You will enjoy a custom massage, by a Certified Massage Therapist, with a combination of various techniques.
