THE CLIENTS THAT CALL FOR THERE SERVICES BE RIPPING OFF THE MAID WORKERS WHEN THE WORKERS BEING A COUPLE OF HOURS THE NEXT HOURS THEILL CALL THE COMPANY STATING THAT THE MAIDS DIDNT CLEAN THE HOUSE AND THEY WILL GET THERE REFUND BACK AND THEY RIPPING OFF THE MAIDS AND GETING THE MAID INTO TROUBLE AND NOT TO COUNT WITH THE MONEY FROM THE HOUSE THEY CLEAN AND AFTER THEY USED HALF OF THEY LIQUIDS AND THERE GAS THAT THAT MONEY COMES OUT OF THERE POCKETS BECAUSE THE COMPONY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY LIQUIDS OR GAS MONEY THERE ARE VICTIMS TOO.THEY NEED TO WORK TOO.

A got a call at work that the washer broke, so they wanted to know what to do with my bedding. I said to make sure they dried it out before leaving. Got home to find they took my sheet, pillow cases and my king size comforter and tried to shove it into one load which broke the washer, it didn't just stop working like they suggested. They then left the stuff full of detergent and sopping wet in the drier. When I called to said that the bedding was all ruined from the detergent, they said that they aren't licensed or bonded and I would have to pursue action agaist the maids as they do not take any responsibity for broken or stolen items. This leaves me with $1000 of damage and a rather unnecessary court battle. Do not use this company for cleaning. We Clean America is licensed and bonded and much better.

By far the worst cleaning company. All their employees are illegal aliens. The INS should raid this place. The cleaning crew came in and broke a glass piece and never told me. When I ask they lie to me and said nothing broke. When I called them they said their systems were down and no managers were on site.

This company is by far the worst service oriented nightmare I have ever experienced. They are completely unprofessional and I encourage anyone who has had a similare experince to contact the BBB.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE....THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PEOPLE THEY REFER TO YOU! I WAS ROBBED BLIND AND NO ONE THERE EVEN SO MUCH AS APOLOGIZED AND THEY DENIED THAT IT HAPPENED! And to boot, they are so stupid there that keep calling me and confirming appointments even after I have called 5 times to tell them to stop harrassing me.. BEWARE...YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY IF YOU USE THIS GOD AWFUL COMPANY!

Doing business with this company was the biggest mistake i have made in my lifetime. I hired this company to clean my house and while they cleaned my house the maids cleaned me out of all of my jewelry. The jewelry that they stole not only exceded $35,000 it also held sentinmental value. After filing a police report I contacted the company to find out that they had no intention of standig behind their employees stating the maids that work for them are independant contractors and they are not responsible for what the maids do. The maids returned to my house to be questioned by the detective. They carried no identification which we later found out was due to their status as illegal immigrants. I am in the process of trying to sue this company for damages, but who knows what will happen. Save yourself the biggest headache of your life and DO NOT use this company's services.
